The Aurora is the most popular sola wood flower used by our crafters. This beauty resembles a blooming rose, we can see why it's a favorite! Bamboo sticks or wire stems are easily pushed into the back of the flower for easy stemming. Though these are wood flowers, they are soft and pliable and easily dyed and arranged into beautiful creations.
Available in 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inches, 3 inches, or 4 inches. Sold in a set of 12. We can dye them for you in any color of your choosing to match your wedding or other decor! See our color gallery here.
What are sola wood flowers?
Despite how beautiful and natural they look, these are not fresh flowers, they are handmade from wood! They are soft and lightweight, their texture almost resembles foam. The material for these flowers is derived from the tapioca plant, grown in tropical climates. Once the root is cut and peeled, the thin layers are made into beautiful flowers- all by hand! There is no machinery involved.
Upon receiving any dyed product, promptly remove your flowers from the sealed packaging. They WILL mold if left contained for an extended period of time, as these flowers are derived from natural materials.
