When you place an order, it goes through production. During large sales and/or busy seasons, production times may exceed standard production time; but rest assured we are working hard each day to get every order out in a timely manner. AFTER your order goes through production, it is then transferred to our shipping department.

Our products are an organic material--they are not foam, therefore they WILL mold if left contained for an extended period of time. As soon as you receive your product open any flower bags to allow moisture to escape and prevent mold.
Dyed product are particularly susceptible as they take a number of days to completely dry. We wait as long as we can to ship our dyed product (so that you get your order as quickly as possible) however, sometimes that means moisture may still be present. We will not reship orders for moldy flowers that have remained sealed in their original packaging after being received.
Our flowers come in 55 standard colors, and ALL of them come with our very own Sola Softener included to ensure that your dyed flowers are as squishy as you'd like them to be. You can expect the colors to vary slightly to what you see on our website (every computer screen/phone displays color differently). Since every flower is hand dyed, no two batches will be perfectly identical. We also cannot color match for products purchased from other companies. In the event that you are not satisfied with your color, we suggest purchasing a can of spray paint in the desired color and LIGHTLY spraying the flowers.
Color swatches can be found here. Screens/monitors will make colors vary slightly and since each flower is hand dyed, no two batches will be perfectly identical. We also cannot color match colors for products purchased from other companies.
We sell raw flowers for you to dye yourself or you can purchase pre-dyed flowers. When adding a pre-dyed flower to your shopping cart, you are given the option in a drop-down box to select the color of your choice. One color per dozen. No exceptions. Please note that purchasing a pre-dyed product extends the processing/shipping time for your ENTIRE order.
Skin refers to the bark that is left on the Sola Wood when the flower is produced. Flowers without skin (skinless) have had this bark removed to better display their distinct raw-white coloration.
Certain products offer a custom dye option! Most of our 10 Pack flowers, and all of our Random Flower Assortments (excluding the 1000 Pack) offer custom dye options on their product page. You can view our colors in our Color Gallery.
From time to time we offer store-wide promotions however there are some exclusions including but not limited to:
Clearance and last chance items, mystery boxes, RIP flowers, subscription boxes, dye up-charges, and other custom add-ons.
Daily Deals are our way of providing extra-special pricing for our customers daily, and a way that our team can show off products that we love and think you'll love as well!

From time to time, we offer BOGO sales. To take advantage of the second discounted item, please be sure to add BOTH items to your cart and the discount will automatically be applied at checkout. The lower priced item of the two will be discounted. Think of it like shopping at a brick and mortar store; if something is on sale buy one get one free, you bring both of them to the register. If you only add one item to your order and checkout without adding the second item, we will not be able to reimburse you or send you a second one.
