Rarely, a package tracking number might not update. Rest assured your package will arrive! 99% of the time this is just because our carrier-partners forgot to to scan a package upon receipt. For example, UPS picks up your package from our warehouse, and doesn't scan it until it's almost at your house. Please only reach out if you haven't seen movement for over 7 business days.

Standard orders ship within a few business days, and sometimes even the same day! Custom orders, like the "Build It For Me" option, custom dye, sola softening, etc require a longer lead time. The current lead time is shown on the relevant product page when you select the option that incurrs a longer build time. Keep in mind, our master florists build to order. Please note, your tracking number might not update immediately as we truck our orders to a better distribution hub in Texas before they are passed to the carrier.

Most customers use our sola dye to color their flowers and our sola softener to ensure they retain their squishy feel.
