1) Order Recieved

After you place a Built-For-You order our team immediately gets to work and preps your order to be assembled.

2) Order Processed

After we prep your order, our team of local florist start the build process. This includes dying, drying and assembling your Built-For-You order.

3) Order Shipping

Once your custom Built-For-You arrangements have been assembled, we carefully but them in protective boxes to then be shipped out!

If you have a problem with your order, such as an incorrect address we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that we have no control over carriers issues such as lost shippments. To resolve any shipping issue that is not related to an incorrect address, we reccomend that you contact the carrier as soon as possible.
