The information displayed here regarding your tracking is what our customer service team has access to!
1) Order Received

After you place your order our team immediately gets to work and preps your order to be assembled.

2) Order Processed

After we prep your order, our team of local florist start the build process. Buit-For-You orders under go dying, drying and assembling your floral arrangements.

3) Order Shipping

Once your arrangements have been assembled, we carefully secure your florals in a protective boxes to then be shipped out!

Yes, you can expedite your order processing time. Please contact us by visiting our customer service page

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also use your email and order number to track your order, by entering it in the form above.

When you place an order, it goes through production. During large sales and/or busy seasons, production times may exceed standard production time; but rest assured we are working hard each day to get every order out in a timely manner. AFTER your order goes through production, it is then transferred to our shipping department.

If you have a problem with your order, such as an incorrect address we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that we have no control over carriers issues such as lost shippments. To resolve any shipping issue that is not related to an incorrect address, we reccomend that you contact the carrier as soon as possible.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes if the order has already shipped.

Once an order is placed it is final and cannot be combined or modified. Read more about placing orders and cancellations/refunds on our terms & conditions page.

Due to the large volume of orders received on a daily basis, we cannot combine multiple orders into one order. If you forgot a product we recommend creating a new order. For more information please visit our terms and conditions.

Due to high demand, we are currently unable to ship outside of the United States and Canada.
