We have some exciting new changes coming to Sola Wood Flowers! Ownership recently changed, although we'll still be working closely with Meagan to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Here’s what you can expect from us!
Orders fulfilled in a timely manner.
Our biggest focus at the moment is ensuring all customers with outstanding orders receive orders as quickly as possible.
To make sure this happens, we have slowed down on accepting new orders, and have more inventory in-transit than ever before. In addition to what is arriving in early April, we expect another large shipment in May. Shipping & customs being the big variable- if customs decides to inspect/hold the container, it will delay things, although we don’t anticipate that being an issue. Customers will be updated if anything changes.
Faster customer response times.
Our goal is to bring response times down to under 12 hours, and eventually implement phone support. There will be some ramp up involved as likely have to grow our customer service team.
